Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Policy

RMGC provides a limited warranty of one (1) year or 365 days from the original date of purchase on all parts installed by RMGC. This warranty applies solely to parts supplied and installed by RMGC and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

This warranty is limited in scope and does not constitute an open or unconditional warranty. Coverage does not extend to damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation by others, unauthorized modifications, improper operation, environmental conditions, or repairs or service performed by any party other than RMGC.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance items, or the natural deterioration or failure of components resulting from ordinary use over time or the normal service life of the part.

RMGC reserves the sole right to inspect, diagnose, and determine the validity of any warranty claim. Warranty service will only be performed after RMGC has verified that the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship covered under this policy.

If a claim is determined to be valid, RMGC’s sole obligation and the customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be, at RMGC’s discretion, the repair or replacement of the defective part. Replacement parts may be new or functionally equivalent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, property damage, or additional repair costs arising from the failure of any installed part.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the service. By accepting installation services from RMGC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this limited warranty.
